Job summary

Massive Bio, Inc. is seeking a Director of Business Development & Client Delivery for SentinelAgent™. You will drive oncology sponsor engagement, manage the end-to-end sponsor relationship from kickoff through readout, and ensure compliant close-out and documentation.

This role blends strategic BD with hands-on product coordination and regulatory insight. You will report to the CEO, with a dotted line to the Chief Medical AI Officer, spending ~80% of time on business development and client

Qualifications

• 7+ years in US clinical research with hands-on data-side experience (CRF entry in US EDC or SDV).
• Sponsor-facing BD with at least one pilot turned into a contract.
• Experience supporting close-out and regulatory compliance.
• Strong contractual, budget and rate-card negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead business development and client delivery for SentinelAgent engagements.
• Own sponsor relationships from kickoff to readout, including cadence and SOWs.
• Ensure compliant close-out deliverables across data, safety and records.
• Build the commercial partner layer (EDC vendors, ePRO/eCOA, CRO/SMO channels).
