Job summary

Massive Bio, Inc. is seeking a Director of Business Development & Client Delivery for SentinelAgent™, our protocol-aware monitoring agent. The role focuses on selling the solution to oncology sponsors, then ensuring close-out documentation meets FDA/EMA standards.

Location: United States, remote with HQ in Boca Raton, FL. Reports to CEO; travel 25-35%. You’ll drive 80% business development and client delivery and 20% product support, coordinating with product and QA to align sponsor needs with

Qualifications

7+ years in US clinical research with data-side experience.
CRF entry in US EDC systems (Medidata Rave, Oracle Clinical One, InForm, Veeva Vault EDC).
Experience with close-out visits and sponsor-facing business development.
Pilot-to-contract experience with CROs/SMOs/sites is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead business development and client delivery for SentinelAgent.
Manage sponsor relationships from kickoff to readout and multi-study agreements.
Draft statements of work and ensure compliance with master agreements.
Price engagements within published rate cards and obtain approvals for exceptions.
Demonstrate evidence-based selling and sponsor cadence in all engagements.
Oversee close-out deliverables including data, safety, and records reconciliation.
