Job summary
Massive Bio, Inc. seeks a Director of Business Development & Client Delivery to lead sponsor engagement for SentinelAgent. You will own the pipeline, drive proposals, and ensure compliant close-outs across FDA/EMA frameworks while coordinating with product and QA.
This role blends strategic BD with hands-on delivery, requires 7+ years in US clinical research, and offers remote work with some travel. You will report to the CEO and partner with the CMIO to scale pilots into multi-study agreements.
Qualifications
- 7+ years in US clinical research with hands-on CRF entry in US EDC systems.
- Experience turning pilots into contracts and managing sponsor relationships.
- Strong knowledge of FDA/EMA regulatory requirements for trials.
Responsibilities
- Lead business development and client delivery with the CEO.
- Manage sponsor relationships from kickoff to readout and into renewals.
- Draft statements of work under master agreements and manage scopes.
- Price engagements using published rate cards and document approvals.
- Ensure close-out deliverables and regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with product for sponsor-driven feature requests.
- Build partner ecosystem incl. EDC vendors and CRO/SMO channels.
