Job summary

Massive Bio, Inc. in the United States is seeking a Director of Business Development & Client Delivery for SentinelAgent™. You will lead sponsor engagement, drive pilot programs to contracts, and ensure close-out deliverables meet FDA/EMA standards.

The role blends business development with product liaison duties in a remote-friendly setting. You will manage end-to-end sponsor cadences, develop costed pilots within deadlines, and own the commercial side of partner relationships.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in US clinical research on the data side at a site, SMO or CRO
• Experience with CRF entry in US EDC systems (Medidata Rave, Oracle Clinical One, InForm or Veeva Vault EDC)
• Close-out visits and essential record reconciliation experience
• Sponsor-facing business development with at least one pilot turned into a contract

Responsibilities

• Lead business development with oncology sponsors and drive pilot-to-proposal conversions
• Manage sponsor relationships from kickoff to readout; oversee cadence and deliverables
• Ensure written agreements cover SOWs, AI-tools, data-use and safety-reporting clauses
• Price services per rate card and manage discount approvals
• Sell evidence through concordance of source data and site metrics
• Oversee close-out deliverables, regulatory alignment, and audit readiness
• Develop the partner layer: EDC vendors, ePRO/eCOA platforms, CRO/SMO channels
• Coordinate with Product to translate sponsor needs into actionable requirements
• Attend sponsor cadences and document outcomes for future opportunities
