Job summary

Massive Bio, Inc. is seeking a Director of Business Development & Client Delivery to drive oncology sponsor engagement and deliver end-to-end close-out for SentinelAgent™ deployments.

You report to the CEO, work remotely in the United States, and coordinate with QA, product, and clinical teams to accelerate pilots into multi-study agreements. You will own sponsor relationships, write proposals, and ensure compliance with FDA/EMA requirements across global sites, while shaping the commercial

Qualifications

• 7+ years in US clinical research with hands-on data-side experience at a site, SMO or CRO.
• Experience in sponsor-facing business development and turning pilots into contracts.
• Experience writing proposals and managing sponsor cadence.
• Knowledge of FDA/EMA regulatory requirements and compliance.
• Ability to draft SOWs, pilot agreements and master‑agreement clauses.
• Proven ability to negotiate and manage relationships with sponsors.

Responsibilities

• Lead the pipeline with the CEO and target oncology sponsors to cost pilots within ten business days.
• Own sponsor relationship from kickoff to readout with weekly cadence.
• Draft and manage statements of work, pilot agreements, and vendor qualifications.
• Price services within the published rate card and obtain approvals for exceptions.
• Convey evidence of performance and ensure concordance with monitoring records.
• Ensure close-out deliverables, data follow-up and regulatory alignment for each engagement.
• Own Site Close-Out Compliance Checklist and align with FDA/EMA requirements.
• Build the partner layer with EDC vendors, ePRO/eCOA platforms, CROs and SMOs.
