Job summary

Wärtsilä Energy in Houston is seeking a Director, Services Sales to lead Region North in the Americas Energy Business. You will steer the Transactions, Upgrades and Agreement Sales teams, safeguarding profitable growth and talent retention. You report to the Energy Business Director, Region North.

Qualifications

• Education in engineering, economics, or business or similar.
• Proven leadership and people-development experience.
• Extensive sales leadership in a global setting.
• Ability to co-create solutions and manage change.

Responsibilities

• Strategic planning and implementation of Energy priorities for Lifecycle Sales, Transactional, Upgrades and Agreements.
• Develop and grow the Services Sales business within Region North.
• Define the sales action plan and lead the team to achieve results.
• Proactively engage with customers to create leads and opportunities.
• Foster collaboration between businesses at multiple levels.
• Lead sell-in of Parts, Modernisations, Upgrades and Agreements to deliver value.
