Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business or related field; 13 years of relevant consulting experience.
• Master's degree, MBA preferred.
• Excellent business acumen with proven success managing consulting engagements.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret large data sets.
• Ability to uncover customer needs, develop and deliver recommendations persuasively.
• Expert facilitation, collaboration, organization and problem solving.
• Strong understanding of financial concepts.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills; strong interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide strategic direction and operational oversight for Energy Advisory services in the Southeast region.
• Develop regional Energy Advisory strategy aligned with firmwide priorities.
• Lead staffing, development, and performance management of consultants and analysts.
• Oversee resource planning, utilization, and capacity trends across engagements.
• Support client engagement and pursuit teams and foster cross‑collaboration with adjacent lines.
• Promote delivery excellence and consistent processes across the Energy Advisory portfolio.
• Partner with managing directors and business line leaders to advance initiatives.
