Job summary

Norstella, a premier global life sciences data and AI solutions provider, seeks a VP of Strategic Accounts focused on Real-World Data (RWD). This remote US role will drive sales to high-value accounts and promote NorstellaLinQ adoption across the life sciences sector.

You will engage senior stakeholders, identify opportunities, and work with product, marketing, and customer success to align solutions with client goals.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in strategic sales, business development, or account management in life sciences or healthcare data sectors.
• Deep understanding of real-world data applications and analytics in life sciences.
• Proven quota attainment in a senior sales/BD role.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales of Norstella RWD products, incl. NorstellaLinQ, to strategic accounts.
• Identify and close new business opportunities with key stakeholders.
• Build and maintain relationships with senior executives, including C-level.
• Stay current with market trends and competitive activities.
• Collaborate with product, marketing and customer success teams to meet client needs.
