Job summary

JLL is seeking a Director to join its Value and Risk Advisory team. The role focuses on commercial real estate valuation and consulting, including cash flow analyses, DCF models, and comps. You will lead assignments, supervise analysts, and contribute to high-quality client deliverables.

Responsibilities include report completion, client-ready outputs, targeting new work with leadership, and coaching junior staff while maintaining a hands-on approach to inspections and project work.

Qualifications

• Complete client-ready reports from start to finish.
• Originate select work with leadership targets.
• Coach analysts and associates 20–50% of time.
• Inspect assignments in person when needed.
• Attend local CRE events annually.

Responsibilities

• Complete reports from cover to client-ready standard.
• Originate work and partner with leadership to identify targets.
• Spend 20–50% of time coaching analysts and associates.
• Personally inspect most assignments and assist other team members on inspections.
• Attend at least one local commercial real estate event per year.
