Job summary

JLL is seeking a Director to join its Value and Risk Advisory team to lead complex commercial real estate valuations and consulting assignments. The role requires overseeing reports from start to finish, coaching analysts, and engaging with clients to ensure high-quality deliverables.

The candidate will supervise assignments, contribute to business development, and maintain licensing compliance while working across multiple jurisdictions.

Qualifications

• State licensed as a general appraiser.
• Experience leading valuation and consulting projects for commercial real estate.
• Strong report writing and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Complete end-to-end client reports to a client-ready standard.
• Originate select work and partner with leadership on targets.
• Coach analysts and associates; oversee inspections and accompany field work.
• Attend local commercial real estate events at least annually.
