Job summary

JLL seeks a Director for the Value and Risk Advisory team to lead commercial real estate valuation and consulting projects. You will analyze cash flows, comps, and cost analyses while guiding a team of analysts and associates toward client-ready deliverables.

The role emphasizes ownership of reports, business origination, and coaching, with opportunities to engage in local CRE events and strategy development with leadership.

Qualifications

• State-certified general appraiser license required or in process.
• Master Argus competency for team members of the national institutional team.
• Strong understanding of commercial real estate valuation and consulting.

Responsibilities

• Complete reports from start to finish to a client-ready standard.
• Originate select work and collaborate with leadership on targets.
• Spend 20–50% of time coaching analysts and associates.
• Personally inspect assignments and assist with inspections as needed.
• Attend at least one local commercial real estate event per year.
