Job summary

JLL is seeking a Director for the Value and Risk Advisory team to lead commercial real estate valuation and consulting engagements. You will analyze cash flows, comparable sales, and cost analyses, delivering high-quality, client-ready reports.

The role involves coaching junior staff and occasional on-site inspections. Required licensing as a state-certified general appraiser, with ongoing license maintenance for the chosen geographic focus.

Qualifications

• State certified general real estate appraiser license is required.
• Ongoing licensing for geographic focus as decided with manager.

Responsibilities

• Complete assignments to a client-ready standard.
• Originate select work with leadership to identify targets.
• Spend time coaching analysts, senior analysts, and associates (20–50%).
• Personally inspect most assignments and assist team members on inspections.
