Job summary

JLL is seeking a Director to join its Value and Risk Advisory team to lead commercial real estate valuation and advisory assignments. The role involves complex cash flow analyses, reports and coaching junior staff while ensuring client-ready outputs.

The candidate will manage assignments, originate work with leadership, and maintain licensing requirements in state jurisdictions, with a focus on high-quality valuation services.

Qualifications

• State certified general appraiser license is required.
• Minimum CG license held for 1 year.
• Ability to complete client-ready reports end-to-end.
• Strong analytical and cash flow modelling skills.
• Experience with discounted cash flow modelling.
• Familiarity with Argus software.

Responsibilities

• Complete a report from cover to client-ready standard.
• Originate select work with leadership to identify targets.
• Coach analysts and associates for 20–50% of time.
• Personally inspect most assignments and assist on inspections.
• Attend at least one local CRE event per year.
