Job summary

JLL is seeking a Director to join our Value and Risk Advisory team. You will lead commercial real estate valuations, oversee reports from start to finish, and shape client-ready deliverables with senior leaders.

You will manage assignments, coach analysts, and collaborate across leadership to target opportunities. The role requires licensure, Argus mastery, and strong analytical capability, with a remote-enabled, nationwide work model.

Qualifications

• State certified general appraiser license is required.
• Mastery of complex valuation concepts and reports.
• Experience coaching analysts and leading projects.

Responsibilities

• Complete reports from start to finish to client-ready standards.
• Originate select work and identify targets with leadership.
• Spend 20–50% of time coaching analysts, senior analysts, and associates.
• Personally inspect assignments and assist team members on inspections.
