Job summary

JLL is seeking a Director to join its Value and Risk Advisory team. The role focuses on commercial real estate valuations, cash flow analysis, and guidance across financing, due diligence, risk analysis, and financial reporting.

The successful candidate will lead report development, supervise analysts, and engage in targeted origination with leadership. Candidates should hold a state-certified general appraiser license, maintain licensing for geographic focus, and demonstrate mastery of Argus

Qualifications

• Master Associate Director skillset for complex valuations
• Master Argus competency for the national institutional team
• Continued participation in JLLU to focus on career path alignment and building professional skillset
• Maintain state licensing for geographic focus as decided with your manager

Responsibilities

• Complete an entire report, cover to cover, to a client-ready standard
• Originate select work, partnering with leadership to identify targets
• Spend 20–50% of time coaching analysts, senior analysts and associates
• Personally inspect most assignments and assist other team members on inspections
