Job summary

JLL is seeking a Director for the Value and Risk Advisory team to lead commercial real estate valuations and related consulting projects. The role involves completing client-ready reports, analyzing cash flows, and providing guidance to analysts and associates while leveraging local insights and licensed expertise.

The position supports professional growth and a focus on complex highest and best use scenarios.

Qualifications

• Mastery of Associate Director skillset requirements.
• Mastery of complex concepts and assignments within the valuation sector.
• Full competency in core skills and beginner competency in project management and/or account management.

Responsibilities

• Complete reports from start to finish to client-ready standard.
• Originate select work and assist leadership to identify targets.
• Spend majority of time on assignments with 20–50% coaching analysts and associates.
• Inspect assignments in person when required and assist team members on inspections.
