Job summary

Insight Global seeks a Director of Provider Compensation for its South Jersey healthcare client. This role leads the design, governance, and optimization of physician and APP compensation programs, partnering with physician leadership, finance, and HR to align incentives with organizational goals.

The ideal candidate has deep expertise in provider compensation, FMV methodologies, and healthcare finance, and can influence stakeholders, drive strategic decisions, and manage complex compensation

Qualifications

• 7+ years' experience in accounting with direct healthcare or public accounting experience preferred.
• 2+ years' of leadership experience managing teams and complex compensation programs.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
• Deep understanding of physician compensation models, productivity measures, and healthcare financial operations.
• Strong analytical, financial modeling, and data interpretation skills.
• Experience working with executive leadership and physician stakeholders MBA.

Responsibilities

• Lead and evolve the Provider Compensation function, establishing best practices, enhancing operational effectiveness, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
• Partner with senior physician, operational, financial, and executive leaders to develop and implement compensation strategies that support organizational growth, provider engagement, and strategic priorities.
• Design, evaluate, and administer provider compensation programs that are commercially reasonable, financially sustainable, and aligned with organizational objectives.
• Review, prepare, and validate provider compensation proposals, agreements, and contract requests, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely execution.
• Perform complex compensation analyses, leveraging productivity, financial, quality, and market data to support strategic planning and informed decision-making.
• Develop and maintain meaningful compensation reporting, dashboards, and analytics that provide actionable insights to physician and executive leadership.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable federal and state regulations, including Stark Law, Anti-Kickback Statute, and other healthcare compensation requirements.
• Maintain alignment with Fair Market Value (FMV) and commercial reasonableness standards across all provider compensation arrangements.
