• Experience leading physician compensation programs and governance.
• Strong knowledge of Stark Law, Anti-Kickback Statute, IRS requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead physician compensation strategy development and administration across the organization.
• Oversee contract lifecycle management and provider employment agreements.
• Ensure compliance with Stark Law, Anti-Kickback Statute, IRS, and other regulatory standards.
• Direct financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting for physician compensation.
• Provide governance and policy development for compensation and contracting processes.
• Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Finance, and operational leaders to optimize contracts and retention.
