Job summary

Covera Health is hiring its first Manager/Director of Proposal Management to scale the proposal function and translate our clinical and technical differentiation into winning customer engagements.

You will own end-to-end proposal execution, coordinate stakeholders across multiple teams, and drive faster, higher-quality responses to employer and health plan opportunities, enabling commercial growth.

Qualifications

• 7+ years managing enterprise RFPs, proposals, or commercial enablement in healthcare or healthcare technology.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills.
• Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional proposal efforts.
• Demonstrated success influencing stakeholders in a matrixed org without direct authority.
• Strong project management with multiple deadlines.
• Ability to simplify complex clinical, operational, and technical concepts.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end proposal lifecycle for RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, and due diligence requests.
• Develop proposal strategies aligned with customer requirements and commercial objectives.
• Build timelines, coordinate contributors, and ensure timely, accurate submissions.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration across Product, Clinical, Legal, Security, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and RevOps.
• Develop scalable proposal workflows and governance to improve content quality and reuse.
