Doceree seeks a strategic Proposal Manager to join our commercial team and shape how we communicate value to pharmaceutical and healthcare clients.

You will lead end-to-end RFP responses, craft insight-led proposals, and collaborate with Sales, Success, and cross-functional partners to deliver compelling, data-backed narratives that drive growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in proposal writing, RFP management, or digital media planning/strategy in pharma/healthcare marketing.
• Proven experience managing RFPs and proactive proposals from brief to delivery.
• Strong understanding of programmatic media, HCP engagement, audience segmentation, and digital platforms.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills for clear, persuasive narratives.
• Highly organized with strong project management across multiple priorities.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end development of strategic proposals and multi-million dollar HCP media plans.
• Own the RFP response process from brief understanding to delivery of persuasive submissions.
• Partner with Sales and Customer Success to develop data-backed, results-focused proposals.
• Translate client briefs into clear narratives and actionable media recommendations.
