Job summary

AVIXA is seeking a Director, Training - Business and Product Portfolio to lead and grow the association’s training business. You will own day-to-day strategy, roadmap, performance, and priorities for training, collaborating with a talented team and cross-functional partners to make data-informed decisions about what to build, improve, price, and scale.

You will drive revenue and margins, shape the portfolio beyond courses, and report directly to senior leadership while influencing multiple teams

Qualifications

• This role leads training revenue, margin, learner adoption, and product lifecycle outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own training business strategy, operating priorities, and portfolio performance.
• Lead pricing, packaging, and localization decisions.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Membership, and other teams to align on market demand and product gaps.
• Provide regular feedback to major training customers and sales teams to identify growth opportunities.
