Job summary

Aduro Advisors is seeking a Technical Client Service Manager to oversee the source of truth for client service resources and workflows. You will shape the evolution of our tech stack by managing the human element in key system implementations and delivering scalable training.

You will lead live technical training, develop on-demand LMS content, and coordinate with audit and tax teams to ensure alignment with evolving standards. This role is remote with substantial collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in alternative assets, particularly VC/PE, is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of US GAAP and partnership accounting.
• CPA certification or audit background is a plus.
• Ability to translate complex concepts into scalable training workflows.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the 'source of truth' for client service resources and workflows.
• Lead live technical training (virtual and in-person) and curate content.
• Design and manage LMS modules for on-demand expertise.
• Coordinate annual audit and tax feedback to feed training improvements.
• Lead deployment and adoption strategies for system implementations and changes.
