Job summary

Elixir seeks a Managing Director, Product Training to design, develop, and execute comprehensive educational programs that empower customers to maximize product success.

You will lead a team of technical authors and create engaging learning channels for customers, partners, and internal teams, aligning with cross-functional business goals and driving customer satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Education, Instructional Design, Communications, Technology, Business or related field.
• Proven leadership in customer education, with SaaS company experience and measurable results.

Responsibilities

• Build and supervise a team; oversee hiring, retention, and advancement.
• Develop strategic vision and roadmap for customer education initiatives.
• Lead design and development of educational channels (online courses, tutorials, webinars, live training, onboarding).
• Define learning and content management strategies to drive efficiency and quality of content.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Customer Success, Support to identify educational needs.
• Establish KPIs to measure the impact of education programs and drive improvements.
• Engage with customers through workshops and events to gather feedback.
• Stay informed about industry trends and innovations in customer education.
• Act as a thought leader advocating for customer education and its value.
• Travel up to 30% to customer locations and headquarters in California.
