Job summary

Higharc seeks a hands-on Customer Training Lead to own interactive customer training across virtual and in-person formats. You’ll report to the Director of Training and collaborate with the Training Content Lead and subject matter experts to ensure customers maximize value from the Higharc platform.

You’ll deliver both in-person sessions and virtual trainings, read room dynamics, and tailor materials for diverse customers.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of direct customer training experience for a highly technical enterprise software solution; modeling or BIM software experience is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead in-person training at customer facilities, traveling up to 50% of the time.
• Deliver virtual training sessions for remote customers, keeping delivery engaging.
• Identify training needs and customize materials for individual customers.
• Stay current with Product, Customer Success, and Implementation to reflect latest platform capabilities.
• Monitor progress during sessions, provide follow-up guidance to reinforce learning.
• Gather feedback after sessions to continuously improve training approaches.
