Job summary

Apptronik seeks a Director, Product Learning & Development to architect and lead the global education ecosystem. You will build scalable, mission-critical learning for internal teams, partners, and customers, turning complex robotics technology into accessible expertise with an emphasis on readiness and adoption.

You will recruit and guide a high-performing team of instructional designers, establish certification paths, and integrate learning across CRM, CS, and Support.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive leadership in Technical Training, Product L&D, Customer Education, or Enablement.
• Experience building global learning ecosystems and certification programs.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive learning initiatives.
• Strong change management and executive influence.

Responsibilities

• Define a multi-year learning roadmap for internal readiness, field deployment, and external enablement.
• Lead a team of technical trainers, instructional designers, and e-learning developers.
• Align learning programs with product development lifecycle and commercial goals.
