• 10+ years of product management experience in highly matrixed, cross-functional enterprise environments.
• Proven expertise in the product area end-to-end at Director level or equivalent.
• Significant experience with B2B SaaS or enterprise software, delivering products at scale across diverse customer segments.
• Deep understanding of data analytics, ML model development, and systems integration.
• Proven ability to operate as both a strategic thinker and an execution driver, with a 3-year vision and sprint unblockers.
• Track record of driving senior-level alignment and translating complex data into executive narratives.
