Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Director of Product Management for Implementation Health to own the strategic vision and execution of health signals across customer implementations at scale. You will shape the framework that quantifies health, and capture context to drive action by humans and AI agents, improving retention and expansion.

You will lead cross-functional teams spanning Product, Engineering, Data Science, Sales, and Marketing, and partner with AI-powered tools to deliver measurable value

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management experience in highly matrixed, cross-functional enterprise environments.
• Proven end-to-end ownership of product areas at Director level or equivalent.
• Significant experience with B2B SaaS or enterprise software, delivering products at scale across diverse customer segments.
• Deep understanding of data analytics, ML model development, and systems integration.
• Proven ability to operate as a strategic thinker and execution driver, with ability to set a 3-year vision and unblock a sprint.
• Track record of driving senior-level alignment and translating complex data and technical concepts into executive narratives.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Vision & Roadmap Ownership: Define and drive the multi-year product strategy and roadmap for Implementation Health, including health signals, context, and ML-powered insights for risk and resolution across thousands of implementations.
• Data, Analytics & ML Leadership: Develop deep expertise in data architecture and ML models; collaborate with teams to improve model accuracy, coverage, and interpretability.
• Customer Insights at Scale: Translate product usage, support interactions, telemetry, and feedback into actionable health metrics for customer-facing and internal success strategies.
• Executive Influence & Stakeholder Alignment: Drive alignment and investment across multiple leadership functions; influence at the VP/SVP level in a matrixed environment.
• Cross-Functional Execution: Lead cross-functional pods to deliver health capabilities on time and with high quality.
• Data-Driven Culture: Embed health signals into human-agent workflows, proactive engagements, QBRs, and renewal motions.
• Platform Scalability: Scale the framework across Salesforce products including integrations like Slack, Informatica, and Agentforce.
