Job summary

Salesforce seeks a Director of Product Management for Implementation Health to own the vision and execution of how we measure, monitor, and improve health across customer implementations at scale.

You will lead at the intersection of data science, customer success strategy, and enterprise product management, shaping a framework of signals, context, and ML-powered insights that guide humans and agents to act.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, Business Admin, Information Systems, or related field
• 10+ years of product management in highly matrixed enterprise environments
• Director-level or equivalent experience delivering products end-to-end
• Experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise software at scale
• Deep understanding of data analytics, ML model development, and systems integration
• Ability to operate as both strategic thinker and execution driver, setting a 3-year vision and unblocking a sprint
• Track record of senior-level alignment and translating complex data into executive narratives

Responsibilities

• Define multi-year product strategy and roadmap for Implementation Health
• Lead data, analytics, and ML efforts behind health assessment
• Translate product usage, support interactions, telemetry, and feedback into actionable health metrics
• Drive alignment and investment across leadership across Product, Engineering, Data Science, Sales, CSG, and Marketing
• Lead cross-functional pods to deliver health capabilities on time and quality
• Embed health signals and context into human-agent workflows, proactive engagements, QBRs, and renewal motions
• Scale the framework across Salesforce products, including M&A-integrated offerings (e.g., Slack, Informatica, Agentforce)
