Job summary

Salesforce is hiring a Director of Product Management for Implementation Health. You will shape the framework that measures and improves health across customer implementations, guiding data science, engineering, and product teams.

You’ll drive proactive engagement to reduce attrition and grow the customer base. You will lead with a strategic 3+ year vision, partner across Sales, CS, and Marketing, and scale health signals within a growing cloud portfolio including acquisitions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management experience in enterprise environments.
• Director level experience or equivalent in cross‑functional settings.
• Experience delivering B2B SaaS products at scale across diverse customers.
• Deep understanding of data analytics, ML, and systems integration.

Responsibilities

• Define multi‑year product strategy and roadmap for Implementation Health.
• Lead data architecture, ML models, and collaboration with Data Science and Engineering.
• Translate usage, telemetry and feedback into actionable health metrics for customers and internal teams.
• Influence executives and align cross‑functional stakeholders to secure investments.
• Direct cross‑functional pods to deliver health capabilities on time and at quality.
• Embed data signals into human‑agent workflows and renewal strategies.
• Scale the framework across Salesforce's cloud portfolio, including acquisitions.
