Salesforce, inc. is seeking a Director of Product Management for Implementation Health to define the strategy and oversee health measurement across customer implementations at scale.

You will shape the framework for signals, accuracy, and context that guide proactive engagements and risk mitigation. You will partner with Product, Engineering, Data Science, Sales, and Marketing to build scalable health signals, dashboards, and CS workflows that reduce churn and improve retention across thousands

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in a technical/quantitative field.
• 10+ years of product management experience in enterprise environments.
• Director-level or equivalent experience delivering B2B SaaS products at scale.
• Strong understanding of data analytics, ML, and systems integration.

Responsabilidades

• Define multi-year product strategy and roadmap for Implementation Health.
• Lead data, analytics & ML efforts behind health assessments and signals.
• Translate usage, telemetry and feedback into actionable health metrics for success teams.
• Influence executive stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Data Science, Sales, and Marketing.
• Drive cross-functional execution to deliver health capabilities on time and at quality.
• Embed data-informed decision-making into workflows and renewal motions.
• Scale the framework across a growing cloud portfolio.
