Job summary

Salesforce is hiring a Director of Product Management for Implementation Health to set the strategic vision and drive execution at scale across customer implementations. You will shape the framework that quantifies health, and you will ensure signals are actionable for human and agent workflows.

The role sits in the Customer Success group, collaborating with Product, Engineering, Data Science, Sales and Marketing leaders.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a technical/quantitative field or equivalent practical experience.
10+ years of product management experience in matrixed enterprise environments.
Director-level or equivalent experience delivering products end-to-end.
Experience with B2B SaaS or enterprise software at scale.

Responsibilities

Define and own the multi-year product strategy and roadmap for Implementation Health.
Develop data architectures and ML models behind health assessment.
Translate usage, feedback and telemetry into actionable health metrics.
Influence senior leadership across Product, Engineering, Data Science, Sales, and Marketing.
Lead cross-functional pods to deliver health capabilities on time and with quality.
Embed health signals into human-agent workflows and renewal motions.
Scale the framework across Salesforce's cloud portfolio.
