Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical or quantitative field or equivalent practical experience.
• 10+ years of product management experience in enterprise environments.
• End-to-end product leadership at director level or equivalent.
• Experience with B2B SaaS or enterprise software at scale.
• Strong understanding of data analytics, ML, and systems integration.
• Ability to set a multi-year vision and unblock execution in sprints.
• Proven track record of senior-level alignment and executive storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the multi-year product strategy and roadmap for Implementation Health.
• Develop expertise in data architecture and ML models behind health assessment.
• Translate usage, support, telemetry, and feedback into health metrics.
• Drive alignment and investment across multiple senior stakeholders.
• Lead cross-functional pods to deliver health capabilities on time and with quality.
• Embed health signals into human-agent workflows and renewal motions.
• Scale the framework across Salesforce's cloud portfolio and integrations.
