• 10+ years of product management in matrixed, enterprise environments.
• Director level experience delivering end-to-end products.
• Extensive experience with B2B SaaS or enterprise software at scale.
• Deep understanding of data analytics, ML, and systems integration.
• Strategic thinker able to set a 3-year vision and unblock sprints.
• Ability to translate complex data into executive narratives.

Responsibilities

• Define multi-year product strategy and roadmap for Implementation Health.
• Develop data architecture and ML model expertise behind health assessment.
• Translate usage, telemetry, and feedback into actionable health metrics.
• Drive alignment and investment across leadership at multiple levels.
