Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Director of Product Management for Implementation Health to own the strategic vision and execution for health measurement across customer implementations. You will shape the framework, signals, and ML insights guiding humans and agents to assess org health and drive proactive engagement at scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related technical/quantitative field or equivalent practical experience
• 10+ years of product management experience in highly matrixed enterprise environments
• Proven expertise in the product area end-to-end at Director level or equivalent
• Significant experience with B2B SaaS or enterprise software, delivering products at scale across diverse customer segments
• Deep understanding of data analytics, ML model development, and systems integration
• Proven ability to operate as both a strategic thinker and an execution driver, with a 3-year vision and sprint execution
• Track record of driving senior-level alignment and translating complex data into executive narratives

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the multi-year product strategy and roadmap for Implementation Health
• Develop expertise in data architecture and ML models behind health assessment
• Translate product usage, support interactions, implementation telemetry into health metrics
• Drive alignment and investment with VP/SVP-level leaders in a matrixed environment
• Lead cross-functional pods to deliver health capabilities on time and at quality
• Champion data-informed decision-making within human-agent workflows and renewals
• Scale the framework across Salesforce's cloud portfolio including Slack, Informatica, and Agentforce
