Job summary

Upsun, a cloud application platform for hybrid teams, is seeking a PLG‑driven leader to shape strategy and execution for our product‑led revenue engine. You will own ARR from self‑serve signup through conversion and retention.

You will drive PLG programs across Europe and North America, optimize self‑serve funnels, and collaborate with Sales on PLS handoffs. Use intent data and churn metrics to improve onboarding and lifetime value.

Qualifications

• PLG leadership at a developer-focused SaaS or cloud platform.
• Cross-functional execution across Marketing, Product, Engineering.
• Data-driven growth analytics and AI fluency.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy and execution for Upsun's product-led revenue engine.
• Own ARR from self-serve signup through conversion and retention.
• Drive PLG programs to hit user acquisition and ARR milestones in Europe and North America.
• Optimize self-serve funnels and PLS handoffs with Sales.
• Use intent data and churn metrics to iterate onboarding and LTV.
