Upsun is seeking a Director of Product-Led Growth to lead the strategy, execution, and commercial success of Upsun's product-led revenue engine. This role will expand Upsun Dispatch alongside Upsun Cloud, turning expansion into measurable growth.

Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, you will own the revenue target for product-led experiences, build scalable programs across developer recruitment, freemium conversion, and retention, and collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Engineering to

Qualifications

• PLG and growth leadership: Senior Product Manager or Director with growth and revenue responsibilities at a developer-focused SaaS or cloud platform.
• Strategic judgment: translate platform capabilities into intuitive self-serve experiences with measurable value.
• Cross-functional execution: lead initiatives across Marketing, Product, and Engineering.
• Data-driven approach: hands-on analytics, funnel metrics, retention.
• Developer and AI fluency: understanding modern developer workflows and AI-assisted tools.

Responsabilités

• Own product-led revenue: manage ARR from self-serve, signup to retention.
• Drive growth goals: build PLG programs to hit ARR milestones.
• Connect growth and product: align with Growth leads and Product Managers.
• Optimize the funnel: define monetization levers and self-service funnels.
• Build feedback loops: analyze usage data, onboarding, and NPS.
