• Own product‑led revenue: Be accountable for ARR from self‑serve experiences, from first signup through conversion, expansion, and retention.
• Drive growth goals: Build and execute PLG programs to achieve top‑line ARR milestones and aggressive user acquisition targets in Europe and North America.
• Connect growth and product: Collaborate with Growth, User Acquisition, and Product/Engineering teams to translate product strategy into measurable customer outcomes.
