Qualifications

• Experience with GBS, Shared Services, or BPO.
• Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 80%.

Responsibilities

• Lead Finance Transformation engagements and improve finance function performance.
• Assess current-state finance organizations, processes, systems, and operating models.
• Design and implement future-state operating models and transformation initiatives.
• Lead automation, digitization, and management reporting enhancements.
• Develop transformation roadmaps, business cases, and implementation plans.
• Coordinate GBS, Shared Services, and BPO initiatives.
• Deliver client-ready artifacts and coordinate with senior stakeholders.
• Oversee engagement execution and deliverable quality.
