Job summary

Bain & Company is seeking a Director for Celerity’s pricing center to lead complex pricing engagements and scale pricing methodologies. You will guide analytics, oversee teams, and drive client discussions across industries to improve revenue performance.

Based in a hybrid model, you’ll partner with Bain’s Pricing Center of Excellence and Celerity leadership to deliver high-impact pricing solutions and strategic insights for executive audiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 5+ years of consulting pricing experience.
• Professional proficiency in English.
• Experience leading pricing or commercial strategy engagements.
• Experience managing analysts, consultants, or distributed teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead pricing projects from scoping to client deliverables.
• Translate findings into pricing strategy recommendations for executives.
• Manage and coach pricing consultants and teams.
• Lead client discussions, workshops, and presentations.
• Build relationships with stakeholders across pricing, finance, sales, and operations.
• Contribute to scalable methodologies, tools, and IP development.
