Job summary

Bain & Company is seeking a Director for Celerity, a pricing and commercial strategy unit. You will lead complex pricing engagements, oversee analyses, and guide consulting teams to deliver client value.

You will drive pricing strategy, present to executives, and scale methodologies. Strong communication and 5+ years of pricing consulting are expected, with hybrid in-office presence in the DC area.

Qualifications

• Deep expertise in pricing strategy and revenue optimization.
• Experience leading pricing or commercial strategy engagements.
• Experience managing analysts or distributed teams.
• Strong communication and presentation capabilities.
• English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead pricing projects, including scoping workstreams and driving client deliverables.
• Translate findings into pricing strategy recommendations and executive insights.
• Manage and coach pricing consultants and pricing teams.
• Lead client discussions, workshops, and presentations.
• Build relationships with client stakeholders across pricing, finance, and sales.
• Contribute to scalable methodologies, tools, and pricing IP development.
