Job summary

Bain & Company, a global consulting leader, seeks a Director within Celerity, its pricing and commercial strategy unit, to drive high-impact pricing engagements and lead cross-functional teams.

You will guide analyses, translate findings into executive-ready recommendations, and help scale pricing methodologies and tools across diverse client contexts. Hybrid work and strong collaboration with Bain's Pricing Center of Excellence are expected.

Qualifications

• Deep expertise in pricing strategy and revenue optimization.
• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills.
• Experience leading pricing or commercial strategy engagements.
• Experience managing analysts, consultants, or distributed teams.
• Strong communication and presentation capabilities.
• Ability to connect pricing analytics to broader commercial strategy decisions.
• Demonstrated ability to structure complex pricing problems and translate data-driven insights into actionable recommendations.
• Experience leading client updates and stakeholder discussions.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of consulting pricing experience.
• Professional proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead pricing projects, including scoping workstreams, structuring analyses, overseeing execution, and driving client deliverables.
• Translate qualitative and quantitative findings into pricing strategy recommendations and executive-level insights.
• Manage and coach Expert Pricing Consultants and broader pricing teams.
• Lead client discussions, workshops, and presentations.
• Build strong relationships with client stakeholders across pricing, finance, sales, and sales operations functions.
• Contribute to scalable methodologies, tools, automation initiatives, and pricing intellectual property development.
