Job summary

Alvarez & Marsal is seeking a Director of Pricing—Commercial Excellence to lead Revenue & Margin initiatives across U.S. locations. You will guide pricing strategy, portfolio optimization, and margin recovery, while mentoring teams and delivering data-driven insights.

Ideal candidates have 7–10+ years in pricing and strong analytics, with experience in PE environments and a track record of implementing value-based pricing strategies.

Qualifications

• Experience leading pricing/programs in B2B or services, ideally PE-focused.
• Strong financial acumen, P&L understanding, and pricing methodology.
• 10+ years in Revenue & Margin roles with pricing implementation.

Responsibilities

• Drive margin transparency and cost-to-serve analysis; implement improvements.
• Lead pricing strategy: product portfolio optimization and SKU rationalization.
• Develop pricing processes, monitor price effects, and drive margin recovery.
