Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• PMP, PgMP, Lean Six Sigma, or equivalent certification preferred.
• 12+ years of project management or PMO leadership experience.
• 10+ years of leadership experience in corporate real estate or consulting environments.
• Demonstrated success in leading enterprise portfolios and cross‑functional teams.
• Advanced proficiency with Power BI and business intelligence tools.

Responsibilities

For our client, we are seeking a Director, Portfolio Performance & PMO to join the team of a leader in the Real Estate & Construction space.

This leader will own portfolio governance, performance oversight, and PMO execution across client accounts in a complex professional services environment. The role will partner closely with executive stakeholders to align delivery with strategic objectives, strengthen decision‑making, and improve portfolio visibility. The ideal candidate will bring a strong combination of program management leadership, analytics, and client‑facing advisory experience to help drive operational discipline and measurable performance improvements.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $148,750 – $175,000 annually
