Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Director, Portfolio Performance & PMO to lead governance and performance across client accounts in a complex professional services setting. You will partner with executives to drive delivery aligned with strategic goals and enhance portfolio visibility.

The role emphasizes program leadership, analytics, and client advisory experience to deliver measurable improvements while operating in a remote, US-based environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• PMP, PgMP, Lean Six Sigma, or equivalent certification preferred.
• 12+ years of project management or PMO leadership experience.
• 10+ years of leadership experience in corporate real estate or consulting environments.
• Demonstrated success in leading enterprise portfolios and cross‑functional teams.
• Advanced proficiency with Power BI and business intelligence tools.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic planning and operational decision‑making for client accounts.
• Partner with leadership to align project delivery with business objectives.
• Act as a trusted advisor on portfolio performance and operational risks.
• Lead PMO functions and establish governance frameworks.
• Monitor project delivery performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Build strong executive relationships and lead client governance reviews.
• Provide oversight of portfolio reporting and analytics.
