Ladders is seeking a Senior Portfolio Delivery Leader for Public Sector engagements. This remote role oversees portfolio health, readiness, customer outcomes, and financial performance across contracts from kickoff to execution.

The position partners with executive stakeholders and cross‑functional teams to ensure engagements are set up for success. This leader will drive portfolio planning, escalation handling, and resource strategy with mission‑driven customers.

Qualifications

• Director level or above experience
• Accountability for delivery health, revenue, and customer outcomes
• Strong financial acumen in forecasting and margin management
• Proven ability to build executive relationships and lead difficult conversations
• Experience assessing deal readiness pre‑contract execution
• Ability to drive results in a matrixed organization
• Strong escalation management and executive communication skills

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain portfolio health with a forward‑looking view of engagements
• Ensure deals are ready for delivery and validate customer outcomes
• Protect revenue and margin through regular financial reviews
• Lead services delivery strategy reviews and provide portfolio assessments

For our client, we are seeking a Portfolio Delivery Leader - Public Sector/ PubSec to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space. This senior leadership role will oversee portfolio delivery health across public sector engagements, with a focus on readiness, customer outcomes, and financial performance. The position partners closely with executive stakeholders, delivery teams, and cross‑functional leaders to ensure engagements are set up for success from contract through execution. You will bring a forward‑looking view to portfolio planning, escalation management, and resource strategy while supporting strong relationships with mission‑driven customers.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $181,700 - $304,700 annually
