Ladders is seeking a Portfolio Strategy Lead to join our team, focusing on the Real Estate & Construction space. This remote role supports occupier clients in aligning workplace decisions with broader business goals, partnering with account teams and senior stakeholders to translate data-driven insights into actionable strategies.

The role requires a consultative approach, executive presence, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams while delivering polished client engagements.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience consulting for occupier clients in Commercial Real Estate Strategy.
• Strong background in Portfolio Optimization and Workplace Strategy, especially related to M&A.
• Experience with structured consulting methodologies for delivering high-quality client engagements.
• Proven ability to influence senior executives and manage relationships effectively.
• Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to develop actionable recommendations.
• Ability to thrive in high-pressure environments while managing multiple complex tasks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Job description

For our client, we are seeking a Portfolio Strategy Lead to join the team of a leader in the Real Estate & Construction space.

This role will drive strategic portfolio and workplace advisory work for occupier clients, helping shape recommendations that improve efficiency, support transformation, and align real estate decisions with broader business goals. You will partner closely with account teams and senior client stakeholders to solve complex challenges, guide workshops, and translate data-driven insights into actionable strategies. The position requires a consultative approach, strong executive presence, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams while delivering polished client engagements.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $161,500 – $190,000 annually
