Ladders is seeking a Senior Director, Programs to lead execution across large client accounts within the Real Estate & Construction space. This role strengthens governance, aligns operations with financial goals, and drives long-term value across portfolio service functions in a matrixed environment.

You will partner with senior client stakeholders and internal teams to deliver a seamless client experience, influencing strategic decisions through governance and cross-functional collaboration.

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Director, Programs to join the team of a leader in the Real Estate & Construction space. This leader will oversee program execution across large, complex client accounts, ensuring operational priorities are aligned with financial objectives and broader business goals. The role is centered on strengthening governance, improving service integration, and driving long-term value across portfolio service functions. This person will also partner closely with senior client stakeholders and internal teams in a matrixed environment to influence decisions and deliver a seamless client experience.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $203,000 – $295,000 annually

• Proven experience in building executive relationships and influencing key decisions.
