Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Global PMO Lead to drive governance, standardize processes, and strengthen delivery discipline across a multinational portfolio. The role partners with regional PMOs and internal CoEs to maintain data integrity and ensure consistent project controls.

Location: Remote - US-based candidates only, no visa sponsorship. Compensation: $120,000–$135,000 annually. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in corporate real estate, PMO or project management.
• Strong analytical skills with data analytics and financial management background.
• PMP or equivalent certification preferred.

For our client, we are seeking a Global PMO Lead to join the team of a leader in the Real Estate & Construction space.

This role will shape the operating model for a global project management office, driving governance, consistency, and execution across a multinational portfolio. The leader will partner closely with regional project managers, internal centers of excellence, and stakeholders to standardize processes, maintain data integrity, and ensure project controls are applied consistently. This is a highly cross-functional role focused on portfolio oversight, escalation management, and strengthening delivery discipline across regions.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $120,000 – $135,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic direction and day-to-day operations of the global PMO
• Implement project controls and governance for the global portfolio, ensuring compliance with established standards
• Maintain and train project managers on standardized manuals and processes
• Serve as the primary point of contact for new project instructions and ensure scope alignment
• Coordinate project assignments with in-country project managers and oversee proposal submissions
• Monitor project deliverables and act as an escalation point for issues alongside regional managers
• Collaborate with the Global CoE to ensure standards and data integrity across regions

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in corporate real estate, with a focus on PMO or project management
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field preferred
• Proven experience establishing and managing PMOs across multiple regions
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and project management software, particularly Ingenious.Build
• Strong analytical skills with a background in data analytics and financial management
• PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders and clients
