Job summary

Global Payments is seeking a Director of Portfolio Management Enablement to drive cross-functional initiatives that support SMB portfolio priorities across Customer Success and key partners. You will translate needs into requirements, lead strategic programs, and improve portfolio visibility with analytics and governance.

With 10+ years of experience and a track record in leadership, you will influence pricing, revenue growth, product adoption, and customer outcomes within a global payments

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience.
• Minimum of 10 years' experience.
• 5-6 years' experience in a managerial position.
• Master's Degree related field of study (bonus).
• Payments or technology industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the primary liaison between Customer Success and partner orgs to support portfolio priorities and strategic initiatives.
• Translates needs into clear business requirements, processes, workflows, and system enhancements.
• Leads cross-functional initiatives on portfolio growth, pricing actions, revenue optimization, and customer experience.
• Partners with BI and data teams to improve portfolio visibility and performance measurement.
• Establishes governance and accountability for portfolio initiatives across functions.
