Global Payments Inc. is seeking a Director of Portfolio Management Enablement to drive cross-functional portfolio initiatives that support SMB priorities across Customer Success, Pricing, Revenue Operations, Product, Finance, BI, and Billing.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary liaison between Customer Success and cross-functional partner teams to support portfolio priorities.
Translate needs into clear business requirements, processes, workflows, and system enhancements.
Lead cross-functional initiatives focused on portfolio growth, pricing actions, revenue optimization, and customer experience improvements.
Improve portfolio visibility through enhanced reporting, data governance, and performance measurement.
Establish governance, prioritization, and accountability for portfolio initiatives across functions.
Oversee Stop Payment and Buyout programs, including governance and automation opportunities.
Identify revenue leakage and billing/process gaps affecting portfolio performance.
